This policy explains how the personal data sent through this website is processed, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and Luxembourg law.

Data controller

Data collected

The demo request form collects: your full name, your company name, your work e-mail address, your phone number (optional), the number of vehicles you store, your country and your message (optional). No other data is requested.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request: contacting you, arranging a demo and presenting a suitable offer. The processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box of the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the sales team and the administrators of Parkme Prestige. Our hosting provider and our e-mail delivery service process it as processors. It is never sold nor transferred to third parties.

Retention period

The data of a request that does not lead to a contract is kept for at most three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, it is kept for the duration of the contract, then as required by law.

Hosting location

The data is hosted in Europe. Should a service provider process it outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would be covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to [À compléter]. Cookies

The public website uses no advertising cookie and no audience measurement cookie. Only a technical session cookie, strictly necessary for the security of the form and for logging in to the application, is set; it disappears when the browser is closed.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are read, the public website uses Umami, an audience measurement tool hosted by the publisher on its own servers in Europe. Umami sets no cookie, does not store your IP address and cannot identify you: it only produces aggregate statistics (page views, country, device type, referring site). This data is neither shared nor used for advertising.

Data processed in the application

The data that storage operators record in the Parkme Prestige application (their clients, vehicles, invoices) is processed on their behalf, as a processor, under the contract between them and the publisher.
