What is Parkme Prestige?

Parkme Prestige is SaaS management software for collector car storage facilities, luxury vehicle storage businesses and automotive concierges. It brings clients, vehicles, keys, condition reports, exit requests, winter storage care and invoicing together in a single web application.

Who is it for?

For operators of car storage and winter storage garages, automotive concierges and any business managing vehicles entrusted by their owners, in Luxembourg, in the Greater Region (France, Belgium, Germany) and elsewhere in Europe.

Is SEPA direct debit included?

Yes. You record your clients’ SEPA mandates, prepare your direct debit batches and download the pain.008 file to send to your bank. Parkme Prestige takes no commission on the amounts collected.

Which languages does Parkme Prestige support?

The client portal and the e-mails sent to owners are available in French, English and German; each client picks their language. The back office used by your team is in French.

Where is the data hosted?

The application and its data are hosted in Europe, by a European hosting provider. Your clients’ data is never resold nor used for anything other than the service.

Can we import our existing data?

Yes. During onboarding, we help you bring in your client and vehicle records from your existing files, for example an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV export.

Can my team use it on a phone?

Yes. Operators have screens designed for the phone: today’s agenda, vehicle search, handing out and returning keys, preparing exits and condition reports with photos.

How much does Parkme Prestige cost?

Subscriptions start at €149 excl. VAT per month. Three plans, Essentiel, Prestige and Collection, are offered depending on the size of your fleet. The exact price is given after a conversation about your needs.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, you can try Parkme Prestige for 30 days before committing.

How does onboarding work?

After the demo, we set up your organisation (garages, spaces, prices and plans), import your data and train your team. Your clients then receive their portal access.
